Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase. To request a return, contact us at khaweralvi2@gmail.com before sending the item. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately. Certain items, including personalized/custom products, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days, although your bank may require additional processing time. EU customers may cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days under the applicable cooling-off period. For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.
